I pursue this goal at executive search as well as at career consulting and business coaching. Due to my vita, my focus lies on the logistics industry and project management.
Particularly in the planning and implementation of projects, it is no longer sufficient to concentrate on the purely technical aspects in view of the ever-increasing complexity and dynamics.
It is much more important to understand projects as systems in which the project participants and stakeholders are to be actively involved by a common frame with clear goals.
In addition, competencies and motivation must be awakened and new processes, interfaces and responsibilities are to be firmly established in order to ensure sustainable project success.
This applies in particular to transformation projects, which are usually resulting into far-reaching organizational and process-related changes and therefore require an all-embracing change management.
In this context, a famous sentence by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry aptly illustrates what I strive for with my brand motto “Establishing Change”:
“If you want to build a ship, don’t start by collecting wood, cutting boards and distributing the work, but awaken in people’s hearts a longing for the great and beautiful sea.“

- Executive and specialist search with focus on the logistics industry as well as logistics functions in other industries and in commerce
- Functional focus – independent from the industry – on project/program managers, process/efficiency managers, sales/key account managers and controllers
- Deployment of personnel diagnostics* as required and in coordination with the client at shortlisting phase
- Active coaching support of the hired candidate during the probation period
- Career-/Outplacement consulting: Support in professional reorientation (optimization of CV and application letter, research of suitable employers/jobs, preparation for job interviews, etc.)
Business Coaching & Mentoring
- Individual coaching: employees from career starters to managing directors
- Team coaching: team development, support of restructuring/change management
- Mentoring for international assignments and projects. If required and at request of the customer, I can also take over sub-projects.
- As a certified online coach, I provide you the option of working together virtually only or in a hybrid way (i.e. in a combination between face-to-face and remote coaching).
